She possesses the most beautiful voice in Bulgaria. Its aural magnetism resonates with all Bulgarians. She was heard to the lipsync of Angelina Jolie, Geena Davis, Katey Sagal, Whoopi Goldberg, Cameron Diaz, Sarah Jessica Parker and many more glamorous transatlanctic stars who spoke to Bulgarian audiences in the silky timbre of Sylvia. She has not only been engaged as a dubbing artist, but also works in adrevtising and is an actress too, having been cast in a number of local and international productions. She went to the French School in Sofia and studied drama at NATFIZ, the renowned film and theatre school. One of the leads in Surplus Sofianites, a major television comedy hit, she was also awarded numerous prizes such as the Union of Bulgarian Artists-sponsored Ikar, Golden Voice and, in 2013, Woman of the Year for her role in John Kolvenbach’s LoveSong (staged by Andrew Volkoff at the Youth Theatre in Sofia). She has the bearing of a queen even when she converses informally and has a great sense of humour too. Sylvia is remarkable for her civic courage and philanthropic work too .
